Kanverse Launches AI Agents in the Pearl Release

San Jose, California | September 16, 2024 - With the Pearl release, Kanverse is introducing AI agents. Kanverse AI Agents leverage AI/Machine Learning, decisioning engine, workflows, and data analytics to automate manual and repetitive tasks traditionally handled by humans.

 

AI Agents:

  1. The first set of Kanverse AI Agents automates enterprise workflows with heavy document processing needs. These AI Agents handle document processing workflows manually handled by humans, such as AP invoice automation, insurance submission intake, insurance claims processing, contract processing, etc. AI agents work alongside humans, undertake grunt work, and eliminate manual entry, addressing team morale and saving operations costs by up to 80%, significantly reducing cycle times from days and hours to seconds, and low errors.

Collaboration:

  1. Kanverse enables collaboration within the same team and across cross-functional team members through the Collaboration framework between humans and between AI Agents and Humans. With a new “Action pending” stage, Kanverse allows collaboration flows to assign, monitor, and notify tasks assigned to specific collaborators. The operations dashboard has also been upgraded to visualize all pending tasks in the Action pending stage.

Handling Package with varied document formats:

  1. Kanverse can now create and visualize a package that may include documents in different formats, such as PDF, Word, images, Excel, etc. Various document types are extracted and the extracted data may be viewed. Business rules can be applied to validate the extracted data, which may be collated into a single output.
  2. The package functionality with different formats is beneficial for handling insurance forms such as ACORD forms, Loss Run Reports, Statements of Values, Incident reports, and custom forms, typically in various formats, as a single package.

Business Rule Repository:

  1. Kanverse now provides an enhanced Business Rules library menu in the Customer Portal. The library's business rules can be searched, viewed, and imported for the AI Agent.

Filters as shortcuts:

  1. Advanced filters are available in the list view. Users can view and use available filters out of the box, share filters with others, and create their filters. These can now be used as shortcuts to view select documents quickly.

Advanced AP Invoice Automation Features:

  1. Kanverse introduces prompts for auto-correction
  2. Enables prioritization functionality for Assignment rules
  3. Support for translation of 70+ non-Roman Alphabet based languages
